Surgical Sessions

Please read the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation policy. A full refund is offered if cancellation is received 60 days prior to course. After 60 days, payments are non-refundable. Payments may be applied to a future course.

Licensure. All clinicians must provide proof of an active, valid dental license within the United States. Clinicians must provide proof of insurance listing our clinic address as a certificate holder.

Discount/Promotaional code. Clinicians registering in groups of 2 each receive a 20% tuition discount; clinicians registering in groups of 3 or more each recieve a 30% discount; please contact us for a discount code before registering for the course.

Courses generally fill, and are offered on a first come, first served basis. Please register early.
