Payment Options

This course requires a significant investment in time and resources. It is intended for clinicians who wish to develop advanced skills in implant dentistry, and are committed to applying these skills in their practices. Delegates must be licensed in the United States to practice in our clinic in Alabama. Other restrictions apply; contact us with questions. 

Please see the prices and payment due dates in the tuition section. Delegates may pay $4,500 on this web site to reserve a spot in the course. Other payments will be processed at a later time. 

Registration Policy

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and is secured only when payment is received in the office. We usually fill the course, so register early! Clinicians may cancel/drop the course at any time. However, all payments received are non-refundable.
